Civil Works, LLC was founded in 2021 by Collis Lowe. While earning an Engineering Degree at the University of Tennessee, Lowe worked for some of East Tennessee’s largest construction companies. It was during this time that Lowe recognized the need for skilled, engineering-minded professional services providers to the construction industry. Civil Works has doubled in size nearly every year since its inception and now employs more than 30 people in the markets it serves.
